Affiliate Disclosure
StayKozy.co is a participant in affiliate marketing programmes operated by various cryptocurrency casinos and gaming platforms. When you click on affiliate links on our website and complete a registration or deposit, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
How We Earn Commissions
StayKozy.co generates revenue through affiliate commissions when users:
- Create new accounts at casino platforms via our links
- Make deposits or place wagers through our referral URLs
- Complete other qualifying actions at partner casinos
Our Editorial Independence
We want to be absolutely clear: our affiliate commissions do not influence our casino reviews, rankings, or editorial recommendations. Our reviews are based on independent analysis of factors including game selection, security, user experience, bonuses, and regulatory compliance. We do not rank casinos higher or lower based on commission rates offered.
Identifying Affiliate Links
Affiliate links on StayKozy.co are identified by:
- An affiliate disclosure label adjacent to casino links
- URL parameters tracking the referral source
- Prominent "Visit Casino" or similar call-to-action buttons
Non-affiliate informational links to casino websites are clearly distinguished.
Legal Compliance
This affiliate disclosure complies with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code) and UK consumer protection regulations. We are committed to transparent advertising practices as required under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.
Your Responsibility
We encourage you to conduct your own research before engaging with any casino platform. While we strive to provide accurate information, you are responsible for verifying:
- The legitimacy and licensing status of any casino
- Local gambling laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
- Terms and conditions of bonuses and promotions
- Your own risk tolerance and gambling habits
